That's where Project-Specific Editor Access comes in.
Workspace admins still see everything by default. But now, editors can be assigned to or removed from individual projects. When someone on your team creates a new project, they choose exactly which editors get access to it. Need to bring in a specialist for one event and keep them out of the rest of your workspace? Done. Want a bird's-eye view of who has access to what? Head to Member Settings, where admins can manage every collaborator's project access in one place.

Internal details like notes, sequencing, and fee assignments stay private; recipients only see what's meant for them, with the option to filter the view on their end. And if you ever need to pull access, a simple toggle turns sharing off without changing the link itself, so you're always in control.
No more wondering if someone's looking at Version 7 or Version 12. Just one link, and one source of truth.
